Salgının Neticelerinin Sözleşmeler Hukuku/ Ticaret Hukuku üzerindeki etkileri.The consequences of the Pandemic over the Contractual Law: We are facing a Pandemic condition as declared by World Health Organisation.Force majeure conditions generally extends the time period required for the realisation of the Contracts.‎The important point is the extend of the delay to all works and transactions.Force Majeure conditions are enumerated in the Contracts. It is rare that these extraordinary events happen, at the same time, at worldwide; more than hundred countries.Such as natural disasters; Earthquakes,Floodsor Strikes do not happen simultaneously in many countries .Therefore, this superior Health matter shall be considered as a Catastrophe, more than a Force Majeure event.The contracts' dates are postponed by reason of the delay.Time shall run only from the date on which the party obliged to fullfil it's duty, first learns of the ‎force majeure fact and notifies the other party to the contract.
